As the office assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact in the organization and charged with the responsibility of receiving customers in a warm and efficient manner into the organization. Other duties include managing of incoming and outgoing calls, mail and courier services
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and efficient manner
Attending to incoming and outgoing calls
Receiving visitors and attending to their needs or requests
Maintaining orderliness and cleanliness of the office area
Helps in the planning of meetings and conferences
Perform office support services which may include; copying, preparation of materials for meetings, arranging meetings, and filling
Perform all other duties that may be assigned
