Job Responsibilities
The Car Wash role involves more than just vehicle cleaning, it ensures a smooth and efficient service experience for customers while supporting the daily operations of the dealership.
Vehicle Cleaning & Preparation
- Operate the automatic car wash system to ensure vehicles are thoroughly cleaned.
- Perform quick interior cleaning, including wiping dashboards, door panels, and center consoles.
- Vacuum carpets and seats to remove dirt and debris, maintaining a spotless interior.
- Clean and shine rims and tires to enhance the overall appearance of the vehicle.
- Wash vehicles and floor mats as required before returning them to customers.
Quality & Efficiency
- Ensure all cleaning and detailing tasks meet the highest quality standards.
- Work efficiently and on time to maintain smooth dealership operations.
- Perform final quality checks on vehicles before they are returned to customers.
Customer & Dealership Support
- Safely transport cleaned vehicles to the designated service delivery area.
- Assist customers with their vehicles as needed, ensuring they receive excellent service.
- Provide shuttle rides for customers when requested by Service Managers or Advisors.
General Dealership Assistance
- Support the dealership’s winter operations by assisting with snow removal.
- Help with window tint removal when required.
- Assist technicians and management with various dealership tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness in the service department area to ensure a professional workspace.
Safe Driving & Vehicle Handling
- Operate all customer and dealership vehicles safely and professionally.
- Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety protocols while moving vehicles.
- Ensure careful handling of customer vehicles to maintain dealership trust and reputation.
Pay Rate & Work Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $19.25 per hour.
