Caregiver Job Overview

Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Requirements
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR C certification
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (completed within the last 6 months)
Preferred Qualifications (Assets, but not required)
- Post-secondary education in healthcare, social work, or a related field
- G-Class driver’s license with access to a vehicle
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Pay Rate: CA$23 – CA$28 per hour (depending on experience and client needs).
- Flexible schedule based on client availability and caregiver preferences.
- Once a schedule is agreed upon, consistency is expected to ensure quality care.
